Websites for painters and renderers

A fresh coat for your business, starting with the website.

Painting is all about the before and after, and a good painter website shows it off the moment someone lands on your page. I build yours first using your own photos, Google reviews and logo, send a private preview in 24 to 48 hours, and you pay $499 only if you love it.

who it's for

What a good painter website needs

  • House painters
  • Commercial and strata painters
  • Renderers
  • Roof painters and restorers
  • Interior decorators and wallpaper hangers
  • Heritage and character home painters
  • Epoxy and floor coating businesses
1

Before-and-after photos

A tired weatherboard next to the same house freshly painted is the best sales pitch you have. I can set them up as a slider so customers drag to compare.

2

Interior, exterior and commercial, split out

A homeowner wanting a bedroom done and a strata manager needing a whole block painted want different things. Separate sections talk to each.

3

Licence details

In QLD, painting work over a set value needs a QBCC licence, and that number belongs in your advertising. I show it on every page.

4

Paint brands and finishes you use

If you use particular premium paint brands or offer low-odour options, say so. People trust names they know.

5

Your prep process

Customers can't see the prep once the paint's on, so tell them: washing, sanding, filling, priming, protecting floors and gardens. It explains why your quote isn't the cheapest.

6

A quote form that saves you a trip

Number of rooms or storeys, inside or out, and a spot to upload photos. You can give a ballpark faster and only visit for real jobs.

Free tools I can build for your customers

Every site I build gives your customers something useful for free, so they stay, trust you and call.

Colour visualiser on a real photo

Customers upload a photo of their house or room and try different colours on the walls, trims and doors. It gets them excited about the job and helps them settle on colours before you arrive.

Paint quantity calculator

Enter wall sizes, take off doors and windows, choose number of coats and the coverage on the tin (it varies by product and surface), and see roughly how many litres are needed. Labelled as a guide, with a button to get your proper quote.

Prep checklist for customers

What to do before the painters arrive: clear furniture from walls, take down pictures and curtains, trim plants away from the house, and let pets know they're staying inside. Also notes that older homes can have lead-based paint, so sanding needs to be done safely by the pros.

sound familiar?

Common painter website mistakes (I fix these)

  • Only "after" photos, so nobody sees the transformation.
  • No mention of prep, so customers compare you on price alone.
  • Residential and commercial work mixed together on one confusing page.
  • Missing licence number for work that needs one.
  • No tap-to-call button, so mobile visitors give up and move on.

questions

Questions people ask

How much does a painter website cost?

$499 once, including GST, and only if you love the preview. You can take the files, pay $99 extra to load it onto your hosting, or go done-for-you at $39 a month with hosting, management and a monthly refresh. No lock-in.

How fast can I have it?

You get a private preview link in 24 to 48 hours. Try it on your phone, ask for changes, and we go live when you're happy. Allow about 30 minutes of your time.

Do I need a domain and hosting?

You buy your own web address in your own name, somewhere like VentraIP. I handle the technical setup, and hosting is included on the $39 a month plan.

Will my site show up on Google?

I build it so Google can read it: fast, proper page titles and your business details marked up. That helps you get found, along with a good Google Business Profile and reviews. Anyone promising you number one is dreaming.

Can I get a before-and-after slider?

Yes. Send me pairs of photos of the same spot before and after, and I'll set them up so customers can drag across to see the difference.

I do rendering as well as painting. Can the site cover both?

Yes. Rendering can have its own section or page with its own photos, so people searching for a renderer find you too. Extra pages are $50 each.

See yours before you spend a cent

Two minutes to ask. A private preview in 24 to 48 hours. $499 only if you love it.
