Websites for mechanics, tyre shops and car care

Get more cars through the roller door.

When someone's car starts making a funny noise, they grab their phone and search for a mechanic nearby. A proper mechanic website with your services, hours and reviews gets you that call. I build it first, you try it, and you pay $499 only if you love it.

who it's for

What a good mechanic website needs

  • General mechanics and service centres
  • Tyre shops and wheel alignment
  • Auto electricians
  • Car detailing and paint correction
  • Hand and mobile car washes
  • 4WD, suspension and accessories
  • Brake, clutch and transmission specialists
1

A clear list of services

Logbook servicing, brakes, tyres, air con, auto electrical, roadworthies. People search for the specific job, so each one needs to be on the page in plain words.

2

Opening hours and 'open now'

Half your visitors just want to know if you're open. Show today's hours at the top, plus Saturday hours if you do them.

3

Tap-to-call and book-a-service

One tap to ring the workshop, or a quick form for rego, make, model and preferred day. It saves you phone tag and gets the car booked.

4

Logbook servicing explained

Plenty of new car owners still think they have to go back to the dealer. A short, plain explanation that independent workshops can do logbook servicing (using the right parts and following the schedule) wins trust and work.

5

Brands and vehicles you specialise in

European, 4WDs, diesels, fleets, hybrids. If you've got a speciality, shout about it so the right customers find you.

6

Real photos of your workshop and team

A clean hoist, your team and your signage tell people you're a real local business, not a call centre.

free stuff that makes the phone ring

Free tools I can build for your customers

Every site I build gives your customers something useful for free, so they stay, trust you and call.

Service reminder tool

Customers enter their last service date and kilometres and how far they drive, and it estimates when the next one is due (for example, every 10,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, set to your advice). One tap to book.

Tyre size explainer

Type in the numbers from the sidewall, like 265/65R17, and it explains them: 265 mm wide, sidewall 65% of the width, R for radial, fits a 17-inch rim, plus what the load and speed rating mean. Then 'get a quote on this size'.

Selling your car? Safety check checklist

A plain checklist of common items inspected before sale, such as tyres, brakes, lights, wipers, seatbelts and windscreen. It explains the names change by state (safety certificate in QLD, roadworthy certificate in Victoria, pink slip in NSW) and to check the rules with your state transport department.

sound familiar?

Common mechanic website mistakes (I fix these)

  • No opening hours, or hours that are two years out of date
  • Services hidden in a vague paragraph instead of a clear list
  • A website that's basically just a logo and a phone number
  • No reviews, even though customers rave about you on Google
  • Awful on a phone, which is where nearly everyone finds a mechanic

questions

Questions people ask

How much does a mechanic website cost?

$499 once, including GST, and you only pay if you love it. I build it first and send you the preview. Optional hosting and monthly updates are $39 a month, no lock-in.

How long does it take?

Your private preview link arrives within 24 to 48 hours. Tweak anything you like, and once your web address is sorted it can be live the same week.

Do I need a domain and hosting?

You buy your own web address (for example at VentraIP) in your own name. I do the technical setup, about 30 minutes of your time. Hosting can be your own or my done-for-you plan at $39 a month.

Will my workshop show up on Google?

I build every site so Google can read it: fast, proper titles, your address, hours and services marked up. That helps you get found locally. No honest web designer can guarantee the top spot.

Can you add online bookings?

Yes. I can build a simple book-a-service form that sends the rego, car details and preferred day straight to your email or phone, or link to a booking system you already use.

I run a detailing or car wash business. Is this for me too?

Definitely. Detailers and car washes do brilliantly with a photo-heavy site: packages with clear prices, before-and-after shots of paint correction, and for mobile businesses, the suburbs you cover.

See yours before you spend a cent

Two minutes to ask. A private preview in 24 to 48 hours. $499 only if you love it.
