Websites for accountants and bookkeepers

Numbers people. Clear website. More clients.

Choosing an accountant is a trust decision, and most people check your website before they ever call. I build accountant websites that explain what you do in plain English, show your credentials and make booking easy. I build yours first, and you pay $499 only if you love it.

who it's for

What a good accountant website needs

  • Accountants and accounting firms
  • Registered tax agents
  • Bookkeepers
  • BAS agents
  • Small business and tradie accountants
  • SMSF and investor accountants
  • Xero and MYOB specialists
1

Who you help, said simply

Tradies, sole traders, families, investors, SMSFs. Clients want to see themselves on your homepage, not a wall of 'holistic financial solutions'.

2

Your registration on show

Tax agents and BAS agents must be registered with the Tax Practitioners Board. Showing your TPB registration number, plus any CPA, CA or IPA membership, is a strong trust signal.

3

Services and how you charge

Individual returns, company and trust returns, BAS, bookkeeping, payroll. If you offer fixed fees or packages, say so. People like knowing what they're in for.

4

Easy booking and secure next steps

Tap-to-call, a book-an-appointment button, and clear instructions on how to send documents safely (for example, through your client portal rather than plain email).

5

Faces and a real office

Photos of you and your team and where you're based. Accounting is personal, and people want to know who they'll be dealing with.

6

Careful, honest wording

No promises about refunds or tax outcomes. I write it so it's clear and inviting without saying anything you'd be uncomfortable with.

free stuff that makes the phone ring

Free tools I can build for your clients

Every site I build gives your customers something useful for free, so they stay, trust you and call.

Income tax estimator

Enter taxable income and see an estimate of tax and Medicare levy, using the current ATO resident tax rates. I update it when the rates change each financial year, with a clear note that it's an estimate, not advice.

Forms and resources directory

A tidy page of handy links straight to ato.gov.au: myGov and ATO online services, TFN and ABN information, record-keeping guides, the ATO app and business portal. It saves clients hunting, and they bookmark your site.

What-to-bring checklist and key dates

A printable tax-time checklist (income statements, receipts, deduction records, private health details) plus a key dates calendar, like quarterly BAS due dates and the 31 October deadline for people lodging their own return.

how it works

Built first. Paid only if you love it.

1

Tell me about your business

Two-minute form or a quick call. Send your Facebook, Instagram or Google listing and I'll grab your photos, reviews and logo.

2

Try your new site on your phone

I send a private preview link within 24 to 48 hours. Ask for changes until it's right.

3

Love it? $499, once

Then I put it live on your own web address. Don't love it? Walk away. You owe nothing, no deposit taken.

sound familiar?

Common accountant website mistakes (I fix these)

  • Jargon-heavy copy that makes clients feel silly before they've even called
  • No TPB registration or professional memberships shown anywhere
  • Stock photos of handshakes and calculators instead of your actual team
  • Outdated tax info from three financial years ago
  • No clear way to book an appointment from a phone
one price, three ways

I build it and load it onto hosting you already pay for (I check it'll work first).

questions

Questions people ask

How much does an accountant website cost?

$499 once, including GST, and only if you love it. No deposit. If you'd like me to host it and keep it updated, that's $39 a month with no lock-in.

How long does it take?

You'll get a private preview link within 24 to 48 hours. After any changes and your web address setup, it can be live within the week.

Do I need a domain and hosting?

You buy your own web address in your firm's name (VentraIP is a good place). I handle the technical setup, around 30 minutes of your time. Hosting is your own or my done-for-you plan.

Will my practice show up on Google?

I build it so Google can read it: fast, proper titles, your practice details and services marked up. That helps you get found, especially for local searches. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings.

Can you keep the tax tools up to date?

Yes. On the done-for-you plan I update the tax estimator and key dates when the ATO changes rates or deadlines, so your site never shows last year's numbers.

Can the site connect to my client portal or booking system?

Yes. I can add clear buttons to your existing client portal, Xero or MYOB login pages and booking calendar, so clients get where they need to go in one tap.

See yours before you spend a cent

Two minutes to ask. A private preview in 24 to 48 hours. $499 only if you love it.
