What we collect
- From the job sheet, a change request or our Getting You Live form: your name, business name, phone, email, website or social links, and anything you write in the message.
- When you pay: your name, business name, email and phone. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Public business information: to build your preview we may use details your business has already published, such as your business name, logo, photos, services, hours and Google reviews (with reviewer names as they appear on Google).
- If you’re on Hosting & Management: each month we look at your own business’s public Facebook and Instagram posts and Google reviews, and use your job photos and reviews to refresh your website. We don’t collect anything else from those pages.
How we use it
- To build your preview, reply to you and make the changes you ask for.
- To deliver what you buy, send tax invoices and keep business records the law requires.
- To contact you about your own business’s website. Every message tells you how to opt out, and we stop when you ask.
We never sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a few trusted services to run the business:
- Web3Forms passes the job sheet, change requests and the Getting You Live form from our website to our email.
- Stripe processes payments and sends receipts and tax invoices.
- Cloudflare hosts our website, previews and our customers’ websites, and counts visits without cookies.
- Google provides our email.
Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.
Previews
Previews sit on private links that are hidden from Google. If you don’t want your preview, tell us and we’ll take it down. Previews that aren’t bought are deleted 14 days after we send them.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected].
- We keep payment and invoice records for as long as tax law requires (usually five years). Everything else is deleted when it’s no longer needed.
Our website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to our website and preview pages. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally.
