Websites for cleaners and cleaning businesses

Spotless work deserves a website that looks the part.

People let cleaners into their homes, so a cleaning business website needs to build trust fast. I build your new site first with your real photos, Google reviews and prices, send you a preview link, and you pay $499 only if you love it.

who it's for

What a good cleaning website needs

  • House and regular domestic cleaners
  • End-of-lease and bond cleaners
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaners
  • Window cleaners
  • Office and commercial cleaners
  • Pressure washing and driveway cleaning
  • Airbnb and holiday rental turnovers
1

Clear prices or price ranges

People shopping for a cleaner want a ballpark before they call. Even 'from' prices by number of bedrooms stop you wasting time on tyre-kickers.

2

Trust signals front and centre

Your Google reviews, your face, insurance details and whether your team is police-checked if they are. Someone handing over a house key wants to know who's coming.

3

Separate pages for each service

Bond cleaning, regular cleans, carpets and commercial are searched for differently. Each gets its own section so the right customer finds the right service.

4

Your bond clean promise, in plain words

If you offer a re-clean when the agent isn't happy, say so clearly and say what's covered. It's often the main reason a tenant picks one bond cleaner over another.

5

Easy booking by text

Tap-to-text is gold for cleaners. Customers send the address, size and preferred day in one message, and you reply between jobs.

6

Real before-and-after shots

Grotty ovens, grout, carpets and driveways look brilliant side by side. Your photos, not stock images of smiling models holding spray bottles.

Free tools I can build for your customers

Every site I build gives your customers something useful for free, so they stay, trust you and call.

Instant quote estimator

Customers tick bedrooms, bathrooms and extras (oven, windows, carpets, walls) and see a price range straight away, based on the prices you set. Then one tap to book.

Bond clean checklist

A room-by-room printable list of what agents usually check at the final inspection. Tenants love it, and it shows you know the job inside out.

Moving-out planner

A simple timeline for the weeks before handing back the keys: book the clean, carpets, pest treatment if the lease needs it, and final inspection. Your number on every page.

sound familiar?

Common cleaning website mistakes (I fix these)

  • Stock photos of models instead of your actual team and results
  • No prices at all, so people just keep scrolling to the next cleaner
  • One page lumping bond, regular and commercial cleaning together
  • No reviews showing, even though you've got plenty on Google
  • A booking form that's painful to fill in on a phone

questions

Questions people ask

How much does a cleaning business website cost?

$499 once, including GST, and only after you've seen it and love it. No deposit. Hosting and monthly updates are an optional $39 a month with no lock-in.

How fast can I have it?

I'll send your private preview link within 24 to 48 hours. Request any changes, and once your web address is ready it can be live within days.

Do I need a domain and hosting?

You'll buy your web address in your own name (VentraIP is a good option). I handle the technical setup, about 30 minutes of your time. For hosting, use your own or let me look after it for $39 a month.

Will it help me show up on Google?

It's built so Google can read it: fast, proper titles, your business details and service areas marked up. That helps you get found, but anyone promising a guaranteed number one ranking is having you on.

Can I show different prices for different services?

Yes. Bond cleans, regular cleans, carpets and windows can each have their own price guide, and I can build a quote estimator that uses your prices. Email me price changes any time on the done-for-you plan.

I'm a solo cleaner. Isn't a website overkill?

Not at all. A tidy small business website with your reviews and prices makes a one-person business look professional and trustworthy, which is exactly what people want when they're letting someone into their home.

See yours before you spend a cent

Two minutes to ask. A private preview in 24 to 48 hours. $499 only if you love it.
