Do I need to be home?+
No. Plenty of our regulars leave a key or a code. Tell us what works when you book and we'll lock up behind us.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?+
Yes, everything. The prices include all products and equipment. If you'd like us to use a particular product of yours, just leave it out and let us know.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?+
For regular cleans, yes. Same cleaners each visit, so they get to know your home and how you like it.
What does the bond-back guarantee mean?+
Our end-of-lease clean works to the agent's checklist. If the agent flags anything we cleaned, tell us and we'll come back and sort it.
Are your cleaners police-checked?+
Every cleaner is police-checked, trained by us and fully insured.
What's the difference between a regular and a deep clean?+
A regular clean keeps things on top: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuum and mop. A deep clean adds the oven, skirting boards and inside cupboards. If it's been a while, start with a deep clean and switch to regular after.
What if I'm not happy with something?+
We do a walk-through before we leave, but if we've missed a spot, let us know and we'll make it right.
