How much does a builder website cost?
$499 once, including GST, and only if you love the preview. Options are files only, $99 extra to load it onto your hosting, or done-for-you at $39 a month with hosting, management and a monthly refresh. No lock-in.
How long until I see it?
Within 24 to 48 hours you get a private preview link. You look through it, ask for changes, and we go live when you're happy. Expect about 30 minutes of your own time.
Do I need my own domain and hosting?
You buy your web address in your own name, for example at VentraIP, so you own it outright. I take care of the technical setup, and hosting is included on the monthly plan.
Will my site rank on Google?
I build it so Google can read it properly: fast pages, proper titles and your business details marked up. Separate pages for each type of work and each area you build in help you get found. No honest web designer can guarantee number one.
Can the gallery be updated as I finish jobs?
Yes. On the $39 a month plan I refresh your site every month with your latest Facebook and Instagram job photos and newest Google reviews, so the gallery keeps growing without you lifting a finger.
I build new homes and do renovations. Should they be separate?
Usually yes. New build clients and reno clients worry about different things, so each gets its own section or page with its own photos and process. Extra pages are $50 each.
