Websites for plumbers
When the water's on the floor, they call whoever's easiest to find.
A good plumber website gets you the burst-pipe call at 7am and the bathroom reno enquiry at 9pm. I build your new site first with your own photos, reviews and logo, send you a private preview in 24 to 48 hours, and you only pay $499 if you want to keep it.

What a good plumber website needs
- Residential plumbers
- 24/7 emergency plumbers
- Blocked drain specialists
- Hot water installers
- Gas fitters
- Bathroom and renovation plumbers
- Strata and commercial plumbers
- Roof plumbers and gutter specialists
An emergency button that can't be missed
A tap-to-call button that stays on screen as people scroll. When there's water through the ceiling, one tap is all they should need.
Your licence details
Show your plumbing and gas licence numbers clearly. In QLD plumbing is licensed through the QBCC, and customers increasingly check before they book.
Separate sections for each job type
Blocked drains, hot water, leaking taps and toilets, gas, bathroom renos. People search for the problem, not "plumbing services", so your site should answer each one.
Hours and call-out info
Say whether you do after-hours and weekends, and how call-out fees work, in plain language. It saves you awkward phone calls and filters out tyre-kickers.
Brands you install
If you fit particular hot water brands or tapware, say so. People often search a brand name plus "installer" near them.
Before-and-after photos
A bathroom rough-in, a new hot water unit, a relined drain. Real photos from your phone show the quality of your work better than any words.
Free tools I can build for your customers
Every site I build gives your customers something useful for free, so they stay, trust you and call.
"Before the plumber arrives" emergency guide
Step-by-step: find and turn off the water main (usually near the meter), switch off power or gas to the hot water system if it's leaking, move valuables away from the water, and take photos for insurance. It keeps customers calm and makes you look like the pro before you've even arrived.
Hot water system chooser
A few quick questions (household size, gas connection or not, roof space and sun, budget) point customers towards electric storage, gas, heat pump or solar, with the pros and cons of each. Finishes with a button to get a quote from you.
Blocked drain checklist
Is it one fixture or several? Gurgling noises, slow drains, bad smells, water coming up from the outdoor gully? Customers work out how serious it is, what not to pour down the sink, and when it's time to call you.

Love it? $499, once
Then I put it live on your own web address. Don't love it? Walk away. You owe nothing, no deposit taken.
Common plumber website mistakes (I fix these)
- Saying "24/7" but only listing an office number that rings out at night.
- One page that lists every service in a single paragraph, so Google can't tell what you do.
- No mention of which suburbs you cover.
- Missing licence numbers, which makes careful customers keep scrolling.
- A contact form buried at the bottom when people just want to ring you.
What it costs
Every website is custom built and costs $499, including GST. Then pick how you want it looked after.
Done for you most popular
I put it live, host it and look after it, and refresh it every month, 12 times a year, with your latest job photos, newest Google reviews and any changes you email in. Setup free. No lock-in.
On your hosting
I build it and load it onto hosting you already pay for (I check it'll work first).
Files only
I build it and send you every file. You put it online yourself.
Need a logo? $149 for 10 options. Extras (like another page) are $50 each. More answers.
Questions people ask
How much is a plumber website?
$499 once, including GST, and you only pay if you love the preview. Add $99 to have me load it onto your own hosting, or choose done-for-you at $39 a month with hosting, management and a monthly refresh. No lock-in.
How quickly can I have it?
Your private preview link arrives within 24 to 48 hours. You try it on your phone, ask for changes, then we put it live. Most plumbers spend about 30 minutes of their own time on it all up.
Do I need to sort out a domain and hosting?
You buy your web address in your own name (VentraIP is a good option) so it's always yours. I handle the technical side. Hosting is included in the $39 a month plan.
Will it get me on Google?
I build sites the way Google likes them: fast, clear page titles, and your business details marked up so search engines understand them. That helps you get found. I won't promise the top spot, because nobody honestly can.
Can I show different numbers for emergencies and quotes?
Yes. The emergency button can ring your mobile while quote requests go to email or a form, whatever suits how you run your day.
I do strata and commercial work too. Can that have its own page?
Absolutely. Property managers and strata managers look for different things to homeowners, like insurance details, reporting and response times, so a separate page speaks to them directly. It's $50 per extra page.
See yours before you spend a cent
Two minutes to ask. A private preview in 24 to 48 hours. $499 only if you love it.
