Pipe burst at 11pm. A plumber answered straight away, turned up in 45 minutes and had it fixed before midnight. Legends.
Told me the price before touching anything and stuck to it. New hot water system in by lunchtime.
Friendly, tidy and explained everything. They even wore covers on their boots.
Did their meter test on the website, saw the numbers and texted them. Turned out to be a leak under the slab. Found it the same afternoon.
Toilet blocked on Christmas Day with the whole family over. Dan was there in under an hour and had it cleared before lunch.

FAQ
It's a Flowright plumber, every time. The person who picks up is the one who'll come out, so they can tell you what to do while they're on the way.
Yes. We look at the problem, explain the fix and agree the price with you before any work starts. If something changes once we open it up, we stop and talk to you first.
In most Western Sydney homes it's near the front boundary, often in a small box or beside the path. Turn the tap on top clockwise until it stops. Units usually have a tap in the laundry, under the sink or in a meter cupboard. If you can't find it, call and we'll talk you through it.
If the smell is strong or anyone feels unwell, get everyone outside and call 000 first. Don't use light switches or anything that could spark. Once you're safe, you can report it to the gas network and call us to find and fix the leak.
After-hours rates are different from weekday rates, and we'll tell you exactly what applies when you call, before we head out. No surprises.
Most of the time, yes. Our vans carry parts for the common jobs: pipe fittings, cistern parts, tap cartridges and popular hot water units. If a part has to be ordered, we'll make it safe first.
It depends on the fault and the age of the unit. Many storage systems last around 8 to 12 years. If yours is leaking from the tank itself, it usually needs replacing. Try our hot water chooser to see your options.
We take photos of the damage and the repair and can give you a written report of what we found, which is what most insurers ask for.
