Three handy helpers before you order
Work out how much to get for a crowd, whether we're open right now, or which dish suits tonight.
Feeding a group?
Tell us who's coming and we'll suggest a spread. It's a starting point, and Sami will fine-tune it with you.
A spread for 16 people
Assumptions: a whole chicken feeds about 3 adults with sides; kids count as half; 2 skewers or 1 wrap replaces a quarter chicken; 1 dip tub per 6 people. Priced from this menu, before any catering discount or delivery. Approximate only.

Our suggestion
Pick-up times are our usual kitchen times; on busy Friday and Saturday nights allow a little longer. Delivery times are set by Uber Eats and DoorDash and vary with drivers and distance.

Smoke, spice and a lot of bread

The toum gets mentioned a lot
"Best charcoal chicken south of Brisbane, and I've tried them all. The skin is proper smoky and the garlic sauce is dangerous. We order the Family Feast every Friday."
"Sami catered my dad's 70th for 60 people. Everything turned up hot, on time, with tongs and extra bread. Not one tray came back with food in it."
"Ordered on Uber Eats at 8pm, still crispy when it got to Kingston. The chips with the spice salt are the best side in Logan."
"Finally a falafel wrap that isn't dry. The pickled turnips make it. My vegetarian daughter asks for it every week."
"Friday night was busy so we waited an extra ten minutes, but Rania threw in a free tub of toum for the trouble. Chicken was perfect."

A cedar on the sign, coals out the back
Sami grew up turning chickens in his uncle's shop in Lakemba. When he and Rania moved to Logan in 2014, the first thing they noticed was that nobody nearby did it on real charcoal.
So they built a charcoal pit into a little shop in Springwood, hung a cedar tree on the sign for home, and started with one thing: a proper Lebanese chook with toum that makes people drive back. Ten-plus years on, it's still the two of them on the coals most nights, with their eldest, Adam, running the counter and the delivery tablets.
Delivering & catering across Logan
Before you ask
The questions we hear across the counter every week.
Is your chicken halal?
Yes. All our chicken comes from a halal supplier, and we're happy to show you the certificate at the counter.
Do you deliver, or is it Uber Eats only?
For everyday orders we deliver through Uber Eats and DoorDash, so you can track the driver. For catering orders, Sami delivers the trays himself across Logan.
How much notice do you need for catering?
48 hours is ideal so the chickens get their full overnight marinade. For big events (80+ people) give us a week. Last-minute? Call anyway; we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
What's toum?
Lebanese garlic sauce: garlic, lemon, oil and salt whipped until it's thick and fluffy. It's strong, it's addictive, and we make it fresh every morning.
Can I order ahead for pick-up?
Yes. Call or use the "Build your own pack" tool above, pick a time, and it'll be bagged and hot when you walk in.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Falafel wraps and plates, hummus, baba ghanoush, tabouli, cheese sambousek and chips. Our kitchen shares fryers and benches, so call first if you have an allergy or strict dietary need.
Are you open on Mondays?
No, Monday is our day off (the coals need a rest too). We're open Tuesday to Sunday from 11am.
Can you do half-and-half family packs?
Of course. Swap chicken for skewers, add falafel, double the chips; tell us what the family eats and we'll build it.
